General Provision

MDA BOOKS WORLD or its Affiliate, hereinafter referred to as MDA CAPITAL INVEST, failing to exercise a right or seek a remedy under this agreement or failing to do so immediately may not be interpreted as MDA BOOKS WORLDS or MDA CAPITAL INVEST waiving that right or remedy and does not stand in the way of MDA BOOKS WORLDS or MDA CAPITAL INVEST exercising this right or seeking this remedy at a later stage.

If any stipulation in this agreement is deemed to be unenforceable or unlawful, the other stipulations will remain in full force.

Third parties that are not a party to this agreement are not authorised to rely on any stipulation thereof.

This agreement and any differences and claims arising from it or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are subject to the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union. You irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Czech court in respect of any claims or proceedings arising from or in connection with this agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in our discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
