If you purchased an e-gift voucher that doesn't arrive, you can resent obviously resend it again to the recipient following the following simple instructions:
1) Go to Gift Card or Your Order
2) Click the Order number of the relevant order to reach the Order Summary page.
3) Click Resend it for the gift voucher you want to resend.
4) Review the information regarding the gift voucher to be reissued, and follow the instructions on the page. Some e-mail providers give users the option of blocking all e-mail messages that originate outside of their domain. You may want to check with your recipient to make sure their e- mail provider isn't filtering the e-mail into a "junk" or "spam" folder.
We'll contact you by e-mail once we've resent the gift voucher. This will mean that the original gift voucher is no longer valid.
